Can I cancel my order?

Oh no, did you change your mind about your slime purchase? No worries, we've got you covered! If you need to cancel your order, just make sure to do it within 1 hour of your transaction. We totally understand that sometimes you just can't resist the urge to squeeze that slime, but if you do need to cancel, please email us immediately. We'll do our best to stop the slime from making its way to your doorstep!

How long does it take to process my order?

Patience is a virtue, my friend! We know you're excited to get your hands on our amazing slimes, but please allow us 1-2 business days to process your order. We want to make sure each slime is carefully packaged and ready to bring joy to your life. Once your order is all set, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with all the juicy details.

What if my slime arrives damaged?

Oh no, a slimy tragedy! If your slime arrives in less than perfect condition, don't worry, we've got your back. Just snap a quick photo of the damaged slime and email it to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We'll work our magic to make things right and send you a replacement slime that's as perfect as can be.

Do you offer international shipping?

Slime knows no borders! We're happy to offer international shipping to slime enthusiasts all around the world. Just keep in mind that international shipping may take a bit longer to reach you, so please be patient. Customs and import duties may also apply, but hey, a little extra slime is always worth it, right?

Can I return or exchange my slime?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we can't accept returns or exchanges. Once a slime leaves our workshop, it's ready to embark on its slimy adventure with you. But don't worry, we're confident you'll fall in love with your slime as soon as you get your hands on it!
